August 2011
When was this, Late August?
Visiting Grandma.
Not really walking yet, but pulling up and looking out the door.
Looking for mom, for dad?..or, just looking.
This is me.
I am curious!

a visit to the store, part 4
I'm getting to be such a big boy that I can go to the store with Grandma! (well, this picture is from the evening before..but...).
After spending the night at Grandma's house, the next morning...
We WENT TO THE STORE!!!!
I love the little cars on the front of the carts..VROOM! VROOM!
It is all SO EXITING and it wore me out so that Grandma had to hold me during check out because I was getting fussier and fussier.... Grandma's are like that!
Then afterward, I had a bite to eat and TOOK. A. NAP....(zzzzzzzzzzzz)
it feels so good to sleeeep!
bye,bye
until later,

the train set
(part 3 of a 4 part series)
As I said, it had been awhile since I had stayed over at Grandma's.
She had just been sooo busy and could only see me for brief bits, like an hour or two,
and truthfully less than that sometimes..so we had fallen out of touch.
But June had arrived and whoooosh!, TIME.
So she and mom talked and because mom was moving
Grandma was only more than happy to have me stay over.
She read me books.
Gave me a bath and let me play in the tub (I loved this but she couldn't take pics as she was the only one there and the camera was in the other room AND it WAS a tub of water...god forbid).
Before we went out for the night and before she fed and bathed and dressed me for bed,

the Radio Station
(cont'd from the 7th, a 3 or 4 part series..)
Following Dad's birthday dinner, he had plans to go out,
so Grandma took me to the radio station, KOPN.
There, we hung out with the station manager
and, a member of the executive board
Kevin Walsh was also there, but he was busy looking at his lap-top
and making commentary.
After such an exiting night.
We went back to grandma's house.

Dad's birthday
Mom dropped me off at Grandma's house,
she told Grandma I was tired.
So she fixed me a bottle while Grandma put me on the floor on the fuzzy blanket.
Then Mom hugged me and kissed me goodbye.
So I stayed on the floor for awhile.
Grandma laughed, delighted I was there, and took some pictures of me.
She thinks I am adorable. Her words not mine.

Phones are the coolest things. I showed her a few functions she didn't know about.
Then she read me some books before dad came over.
Dad hugged me and kissed me and said that I was the best birthday present ever!
